"OUR GOAT MILK"

Our milk is carefully handled and pasteurized under a special 'gentle pasteurization' process used to insure the maximum of nutrients, purity, and flavor.  We use no additives, coloring, or artificial preservatives, only the purest of natural goat milk.
It is prepared and bottled immediately after milking.  The goats are fed the best of feeds, grain, hay, minerals, and salt; no hormones of any kind.

Some interesting facts regarding goats milk: It is higher in calcium, potassium,
vitamins A and C, phosphorus, niacin, and protein. However it is lower in folacin
and should be supplemented with leafy green vegetables. It is also lower in cholesterol than either sheep or cow milk; almost 22% lower. (Cow milk has 14g/100g; sheep milk has 14 g/100g; goat milk has 11 g/100g.)

While the taste of goats milk is much like cow milk, maybe sweeter or richer tasting;
the molecule composition is significantly different. The fat globules are much smaller and therefore easier to digest in the goats milk, also making the milk naturally homegenized. Cow's milk also contains a protein that many people are sensitive or allergic to, that is not present in either human or goat milk, thus making it a valuable alternate to baby formula.

The close personal caring of our animals and the love we give them also, I'm sure, comes through in the special quality of our milk. Our milk is tested at a fat percentage of 3.2%
